Had a wonderful experience working with Cedar Crest. Todd and his crew were expert craftsmen and Todd was extremely flexible in making changes once the work had begun. He was creative in figuring out solutions to issues that would arise. They were very reliable and kept to the estimated timeline and costs. An inspector from the mortgage company remarked that Todd hadn’t needed to use such good quality and thickness in the beams and posts and that he exceeded the workmanship of other builders whose homes he had inspected. Todd was very responsive and personable. On a personal level, my husband and I both truly enjoyed our relationship with him. We have a gorgeous house to show for it that invokes compliments from visitors and has provided us many years of pleasure.
Whenever anyone asks me about Todd Stinson and Cedar Crest builders I, without hesitation, tell them he may be the best homebuilder on the planet. With significant changes from our original plans, he still came in on time and within budget. Not only did he deliver a house that now nine years later has held up beautifully, he added significant value with suggestions on how to make improvements as construction was in progress. Everyone I have recommended Todd to has come back with the same rave reviews. Most amazing is, to this day, when I call him with a problem he shows up and fixes it.
We were under very stringent deadlines from our lending institution to complete our hotel expansion on time and on budget. Cedar Crest was there every day through rain, snow, sleet and subzero temperatures to get the job done. We were amazed to see them out there some mornings in heavy snow and a minus 10 wind chill. The project did indeed complete on time and we could not be happier with the final product. Not only is the quality of the craftsmanship superb, but we actually had fun with the crew while it was being built. It’s not often that you can say that. We would use them again in a heart beat and highly recommend them to anyone.
